Claims: For misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit: Claims must be submitted via email no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
Returns: Contact us via email to arrange the return. Returns must be submitted to us via email no later that 15 days after the order was delivered. Please be sure the item is unworn and unwashed.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges, but we do offer a return, refund, and reorder policy if you need a new size or color. Please be sure the item is unworn and unwashed and contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.
Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can cancel your order. We can not guarantee that we will be able to to cancel the order in time, but you are more than welcome to return it for a refund if we can not stop it in time.
Shipping: Can take anywhere from 4-9 Business days to receive depending on where you live in the U.S.
Refunds: We will issue your refund within 2-3 business days of our warehouse receiving the return. Shipping charges are non refundable. Once we issue the refund your bank can take an additional 3-5 business days to process it and put the money back in your account.
