Galaxis has been monitoring the evolutionary tactics of diverse primitive species for millennia. Residing in remote star systems, he observes from afar as newly habitable planets continue to host new and improved life. Tasked with the assignment of overseeing that the current evolutionary cycle is sustained and balanced with time. Galaxis only intervenes in planetary affairs when a species has reached a cognitive apex, and is incapable of taking the next step in evolution.
Legend has it, that anyone that is abducted by Galaxis will be deemed worthy of his knowledge and hold the key to the secret of their species' survival.
